Friendship Building Circles give our adults with unique abilities a safe, gentle place to meet new friends and feel truly seen. We sit together, share stories, laugh, and listen so everyone has a chance to speak and be heard. Our staff guide simple activities, icebreakers, and faith-filled encouragement that help even shy participants feel comfortable.

Over time, these circles do more than fill an afternoon. They ease loneliness, reduce social anxiety, and help each person practice taking turns, showing kindness, and supporting one another. Many of our friends begin to greet each other by name, remember birthdays, and check in when someone is absent.
